
You have the right to return the entire order or part of it within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
In cases where we have been proven guilty of incorrect or defective quality products (faulty delivery, incorrect pricing, damaged shipping or poor packaging), the cost of return is the company’s responsibility. Returns will only be accepted after the company’s approval.
Returns must be made promptly and the product returned exactly in the condition received. In addition, in all cases the replacement product must be accompanied by the original receipt – purchase document, credit invoice, or shipping note.
In the event that replacement due to unavailability of the requested product is not possible, we will contact you with alternatives.
In cases where there is no proven fault of the company the cost of return is the buyer’s responsibility.
In cases where there is no proven fault of the company and these are products made to order returns are not accepted.
