Please notice that a product may not be readily available in stock in our warehouse although we endeavor to have in stock all of our products. However, should a delay occur, you will be notified by our stuff.
For our regular customers we are responsible for delivering our products free of charge. This is usually the case for the prefecture of Thessaloniki and nearby prefectures depending on the order’s total cost. For new customers a delivery free of charge also applies but please contact us in advance.
Delivery by transport agencies is available in all capitals and major cities of Greece. For cities outside Athens, transport agencies usually deliver to the address indicated. In case where the agency cannot deliver to the exact address, a notice will be issued by the agency for pickup from their location over the phone. For shipping cost please contact us as this varies with distance, weight and volume of the order.

Delivery time
For most places in Greece delivery time is around 1-3 working days. For remote locations an additional 1-3 days may be required.
For outside Greece delivery time is usually around 8 -10 working days.
