You have the right to\nreturn the entire order or part of it within 14 calendar days from the date of\nreceipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In cases where we have been\nproven guilty of incorrect or defective quality products (faulty delivery, incorrect\npricing, damaged shipping or poor packaging), the cost of return is the company\u2019s\nresponsibility. Returns will only be accepted after the company\u2019s approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Returns must be made\npromptly and the product returned exactly in the condition received. In\naddition, in all cases the replacement product must be accompanied by the\noriginal receipt – purchase document, credit invoice, or shipping note.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the event that\nreplacement due to unavailability of the requested product is not possible, we\nwill contact you with alternatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In cases where there is no\nproven fault of the company the cost of return is the buyer\u2019s responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
